Australia has very rigid regulations to protect the continent from alien plants and animals. In the first few weeks in Western Australia we have seen many programmes to kill foxes and wild cats which have been introduced into Australia by previous settlers and are damaging the environment.
Eigentlich hat es mich erstaunt, dass mir (Agi) die Pinnacles so gut gefallen haben. Als ich die Bilder in den Prospekten sah, dachte ich, na ja, dies wird mich kaum grossartig faszinieren.
Nach fast 24-stündiger Reise waren wir froh, endlich am Ziel in Freemantle angekommen zu sein. Wir bezogen dort unser Häuschen, welches wir für die ersten Tage gemietet hatten. Damit hatten wir die Gelegenheit selber zu kochen.
